Kyabram is a welcoming, inclusive, and progressive community that embraces modern regional living. The town was deemed the most economically resilient regional town in Australia in 2020 by a study conducted by the University of South Australia, the University of Newcastle, and George Mason University – and its strong community spirit is ever-present! It is located 200km north of Melbourne in the Goulburn Valley, with a population of more than 7,300 people. The town is the centre of primary industries including dairying & fruit growing and the renowned Kyabram Fauna Park. With a bustling main street, that includes multiple eateries & coffee shops, 2 large supermarkets, a Kmart, a cinema, 2 pharmacies, a range of boutique stores and the Art gallery. It also has a thriving hospital with a superb range of acute, allied, primary, consulting and community health and ageing services. Those with children are well served with a F-12 Catholic Private and P1-12 Public school and supporting kindergartens and daycare centres. Two high-quality grammar schools are also within 45 minutes drive. It’s also a town with a strong sporting culture which includes the multiple premierships winning Bombers Football club, the Redbacks cricket team, Boomers’ basketball and Kyabram netball association, as well as two well-maintained championship level 18 hole golf courses.

The regional cities of Bendigo and Shepparton are close by, with Echuca a major tourist regional destination only 30 minutes away – all three offer a broad range of amenities, services and experiences including; biking trails, award-winning wineries, museum and art galleries, food, wine and music festivals, farmers markets and the grand Murray River with its extraordinary fishing and boating opportunities.
