Dale commenced in 2013. He is the current Board Chair and a member of the Corporate Governance, Community Cultural Governance, Medical Credentialing, and Tongala Health committees.
Dale is a local resident, building designer with his own business Denham Design. With over 20 years’ experience in the building industry. Dale provides project expertise in numerous capital building programs at KDHS. Dale has contributed to many local organisations as a committee and board member supporting the local community. Dale was awarded the 2020 Citizen of the year for Shire of Campaspe for his community work.
Chris commenced on the Board in July 2020, Chairs the Corporate Governance Committee, and is a member of the Community and Cultural Governance Committee.
Chris has worked in IT technical and consulting roles for over 20 years and more recently, the out-of-home entertainment industry.
Chris is a Kyabram local, Director of Advance Computing and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
A Kyabram local, Donna joined the Board in 2018.
Donna brings a wide range of management experience and an interest in supporting the community. Donna has a background in health, community services, emergency management, hospitality and agriculture and is the Commercial Manager at Waterpool based in Kyabram.
Phil commenced on the Board in July 2019 and is a member of the Community and Cultural Governance, Corporate Governance and Credentialing Committees.
Phil lives in Moama NSW and has over 20 years’ experience delivering human resource and risk management solutions within the public sector in Australia and overseas.
Phil sees the opportunity to be a board member as an excellent way to use his skills to support the public health system that saved his daughters life several years ago.
Merrin commenced on the Board in 2018. Merrin is the current Chair of the Credentialing Committee.
Merrin has extensive clinical experience as a Physiotherapist in public and private practice. Having lived in Kyabram for over 30 years, she has always held a strong interest in KDHS.
Merrin has a keen interest in clinical and corporate governance, consumer engagement and the measurement of clinical outcomes, and utilises these skills as part of her KDHS Board role.
Michelle is a local to Kyabram and joined the Board in July 2020. Michelle is the Chair of the Community & Cultural Governance Committee.
During the last 25 years she has worked in small business and the accounting industry, with the later years opening up her own Public Practice. Michelle has contributed to many local community organisations in executive and general committee member roles, hence is passionate for Kyabram.
Michelle is a Member of the Institute of Practising Accountants and Managing Director of Luca Solutions Kyabram.
Gino commenced on the Board in 2017.
Gino has been a Medical Practitioner since 1982. His true passion is emergency medicine and is an emergency consultant at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Gino enjoys being able to contribute his clinical experience as the Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee.
Fern commenced on the KDHS board in July 2021.
Fern is a Registered Nurse with a postgraduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing. She has been an elected Councillor for Greater Shepparton since 2012 and has graduated from the Company Directors Course.
Fern wants to apply her practical nursing experience when making decisions. She believes access to quality health care is the cornerstone of thriving regions. KDHS has a great reputation and she is excited to be part of it.
Stan, a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor was appointed to the Board In July 2021.
Stan has held senior Auditing and Corporate Finance roles across a range of industries in the private and public sector, both overseas and locally. Stan is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Stan has worked as Accountant and Business Services Manager for Euroa Health and previous to that was Business Manager of the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority.
