KDHS will be upgrading its telephone system on Friday 12 June 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM as part of our ongoing commitment to improving communication systems and ensuring reliable, modern healthcare services for our community.

What is happening?

During this time, our hospital phone system will be temporarily offline while essential upgrades are carried out. This will help us improve service reliability and enhance future communication capabilities. The phone number to be used only during the upgrade hour is : (03) 5825 9900
Emergency 000 calls are NOT affected
This upgrade is part of improving our systems so we can continue providing safe, reliable, and modern healthcare services
