After Hours GP Service
Our After Hours GP Service operates from Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) on Saturdays and Sundays.
The service is delivered by a team of GPs and nurses and is designed to strengthen access to primary health care across the Campaspe Shire. It provides the local community with access to urgent, non-life-threatening medical care outside regular GP clinic hours, while helping to reduce pressure on Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centres.
Our team will provide care during your visit and ensure any test results or relevant information are forwarded to your regular GP. If you do not have a regular GP, our team can assist you to connect with a local clinic that is accepting new patients.
Please note that this service is not a substitute for ongoing care with your regular GP and is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency call 000.
This service is designed to provide access to GP services when you require care outside of regular clinic hours. Our team will look after you during your visit and make sure any test results are sent to your regular GP. If you do not have a GP, our team will help connect you with a local clinic that is accepting new patients.
GPs at our After Hours Clinic will not be able to provide prescriptions for Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications.

Bookings
Appointment Cost
Bookings are preferred and can be made via the HotDoc link: https://www.hotdoc.com.au/medical-centres/kyabram-VIC-3620/kyabram-health-after-hours-primary-health-service/doctors or by phoning 5857 0200 during office hours; simply ask at the time of the call to be assisted to make an appointment with the After Hours GP Clinic.
While walk-ins will be accepted, pending availability, it is recommended that patients make bookings to avoid wait times or redirection to alternative options.
Where & When
The After Hours GP Clinic operates from the consulting suites at Kyabram District Health service. Entry to the consulting suites is via the front doors of KDHS.

Feedback & FAQs
This clinic is bulk billed. Patients are asked to bring their Medicare card with them.
The clinic will be staffed by a roster of General Practitioners and a Registered Nurse
Patients who have attended the clinic will be asked to provide feedback onsite or can provide feedback via this link to the Murray Primary Health Network.
