Supporting the Tongala Community

For more than 15 years, Tongala Health has proudly supported the local community as an outreach site of Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS). We are committed to helping people access the care and support they need, close to home.

Our friendly team can help connect you with a range of health services and programs. Whether you have a health question, need support navigating services, or are looking for local healthcare options, we're here to help. Simply drop in or give us a call on (03) 5857 0245.

Located in the former Shire building next to the Tongala Library, Tongala Health offers convenient access to Allied Health services locally, helping reduce the need to travel for care.

Community Driven Care

At Tongala Health, we believe the best health services are shaped by the people who use them. That's why we work closely with residents through the ‘Tongala Community Voices Governance Committee’.

This committee brings together community members and representatives from KDHS to ensure local voices help guide the planning and delivery of services, programs and initiatives. By listening to community feedback, we can provide meaningful, patient-driven healthcare that meets the needs of people living in Tongala and surrounding areas.
