Post Acute Care

KDHS provides care services to people who need support to recover following their stay in a public hospital. The care is provided in the person’s home or at another suitable place, for example, a family member’s home.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care is provided in the Acute ward. Family members are encouraged to stay. There is a sofa bed and kitchen facilities available for your use.

KDHS is known for our supportive hospital Palliative Care service.
