Our KyConnex Social Program provides a range of activities during weekdays. Our programs are designed to stimulate, motivate and encourage social interaction, community connections and independent living.

We can offer activities including:

• Exercise programs including walking, yoga or gentle exercise
• Support Groups
• Individual social support
• Social Groups
• Special Interest Groups such as books clubs or board games
• Craft Groups
• Gardening Groups
• Technology- lean how to use your phone or iPad

The program is open to people living in the Kyabram, Tongala, Stanhope and Girgarre areas, and is funded by:

• Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
• Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACCPYP) and

For people aged over 65 years, a My Aged Care referral is required. Our team can assist with this process or any other funding/eligibility queries.

The KyConnex Social Program is subsidised by the government and there will be a small daily cost to attend for people who can afford to pay. Your account will be sent to you every month.

Fees may vary if you are on a Support at Home (SAH). It is $5 for half day program, $10 for full day.

We understand that some people may experience financial hardship. If you are unable to pay for a service, please speak with your clinician or our team, as support options may be available. No one will be refused appropriate care because of their inability to pay, and all individuals will continue to receive the same standard of care and respect.
