Who is eligible to attend?

The program is open to people living in the Kyabram, Tongala, Stanhope and Girgarre areas, and is funded by:

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACCPYP) and
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

For people aged over 65 years, a My Aged Care referral is required. Our team can assist with this process or any other funding/eligibility queries.

Cost

The Social Support Program is subsidised by the government and there will be a small daily cost to attend for people who can afford to pay. Your account will be sent to you every month.

Fees may vary if you are on a Home Care Package (HCP).  For HCP or NDIS fees, please refer to your provider.
