KDHS is upgrading our telephone system to help us stay ahead with modern, reliable healthcare communication systems.
On Friday 12 June 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), our phone system will be temporarily offline while essential upgrades take place.

During this time:

• Hospital desk phones will not be available
• You won’t be able to call departments directly

A temporary phone number will be in place during the outage, IT IS (03) 5825 9900

Emergency 000 calls are NOT affected and will operate as normal.
This upgrade helps ensure we can continue delivering safe, reliable, and modern care for our community well into the future
