Alicia, SLV Program Manager

 

About Alicia

 

Alicia commenced in December 2025 as the Program Manager (5 days per fortnight) to lead the establishment and local implementation of the SLV program, as part of the Primary Health services. Alicia oversees program implementation, partnerships and reporting, ensuring the

program meets community needs and delivers quality support to participants. Alicia has previously worked at KDHS in various project roles with a focus on models of care, clinical redesign and quality improvement.

Lexi, SLV Coordinator

 

About Lexi

 

Lexi joins the SLV Program as the full-time Coordinator having worked at KDHS since 2023. With a background in Physiotherapy, she has experience supporting older people in community health settings, with a focus on person-centred care and goal planning. In her role, Lexi will work closely with participants to develop individual action plans, coordinate services and provide regular check-ins to support improvements in their health, wellbeing and independence.

Brittany, SLV Dietitian

 

About Brittany

 

The SLV team welcomed new KDHS employee Brittany to the Dietitian role on the 12 February. Working Thursdays and Fridays, Brittany will provide tailored advice and practical nutrition support to help participants maintain strength, energy and overall wellbeing. A particular focus will be participants with unintentional weight loss, reduced appetite and dietary concerns, and group-based cooking and education programs.

Brittany comes to KDHS having previously worked as the sole dietitian at Mansfield District Health Service, where she developed a passion for rural health and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. She is looking forward to using her clinical skills to support participants in a positive and preventative approach to maximise their health, wellbeing and independence.

Tegan, SLV Program Administrator

 

 

About Tegan

Tegan supports the SLV ( Seniors Lifestyle Victoria) team as the Program Administrator (Mondays and Tuesdays), whilst continuing her role in the Client Services team (Wednesdays and Fridays). Tegan brings a wealth of experience and maturity to the role. She is involved in the program establishment and day-to-day coordination including program promotion and information, referral and intake pathways, development of work instructions, forms and resources, and assisting with program data collection and multidisciplinary meetings.
