11th Annual Men’s Longest Lunch a roaring success

Kyabram District Health Service extends its sincere thanks to our generous sponsors and the dedicated Men’s Longest Lunch Committee for delivering another outstanding event.

Around 180 men came together at Parkland Golf Club on Friday, 27 February, for the 11th annual Kyabram Men’s Longest Lunch. The afternoon featured an informative and engaging men’s health presentation from Dr Chris McWilliam and Dr Alice Yu of Kyabram Regional Clinic, highlighting the value of routine check-ups and staying active.

Guest speaker Andrew Rule shared fascinating insights from his career in journalism and spoke about his first book, Cuckoo, while comedian Brett Blake kept the room buzzing with his lively humour.

Guests enjoyed a delicious two-course meal, along with a raffle and a fully sold-out auction made possible by the generous support of local businesses.

The amazing $23k raised from this fantastic community event will contribute towards much-needed equipment and enhanced services at Kyabram District Health Service. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the day.
