Acute Care

The Acute ward consists of 30 beds.

Some general practitioners from the Kyabram Regional Clinic are credentialed to admit to and work at KDHS.

KDHS provides care services to people who need support to recover following their stay in a public hospital. The care is provided in the person’s home or at another suitable place, for example, a family member’s home.

Palliative Care is provided in the Acute ward.  Family members are encouraged to stay. There is a sofa bed and kitchen facilities available for your use.
