• Key Bond $30 (students only).
• Payable in cash only.

$30 reimbursed once key is returned to reception.

Keys to be collected during business hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday – Sunday.

• Six single bedrooms.
• Off street parking.
• Bathrooms are shared between two bedrooms. Clean towels and linen are supplied.
• The living area includes a television and sofa.
• Kitchen facilities include a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, oven, cooktop dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups and cookware.
• Laundry includes a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
• Rooms are serviced once a week on a Friday with linen provided.
• Entry to the Student Accommodation is via Mitchell Street.
• Direct access to the health service.
