Medical Oncology Clinic

Our Medical Oncologists provide  fortnightly specialist outpatient clinics on-site at Kyabram Health. You will attend via the Main Reception and be directed to the Blue Wait Area.  We will check your details at each appointment so please bring your Medicare card, Medication lists, Cancer Care Companion book and other relevant information to your appointment.  Your appointment will be bulk-billed and at no cost to you, please ensure that you bring your Medicare card to every appointment.

You will see the Nurse prior to your appointment to check you are well, measure your blood pressure, heart rate, temperature and weight.

Telehealth options for your appointment are also available.

A written referral from your general practitioner (GP), surgeon or oncology specialist is required to access this service.  Your doctor should post or fax a referral to:

You will be notified by mail of the receipt of your referral and offered an appointment.

Follow up appointments will be written down for you and an SMS text will be sent on the day prior to your appointment.

How to Refer Your patient to a Medical Oncologist

Referring doctors should post or fax a referral to:
